RideGoO acts as a platform connecting riders with independent driver-partners. We do not own vehicles and are not responsible for drivers’ independent conduct beyond reasonable verification.

4. User Account & Responsibilities

To use our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information (name, phone number, email, etc.)

• Maintain confidentiality of your account login details

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

RideGoO is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

5. Booking & Ride Policies

• Ride requests are subject to driver availability.

• Estimated arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other delays.

• Users must confirm pick-up location, destination, and fare details before starting the ride.

• Drivers may refuse service in cases of safety concerns or inappropriate behavior.

6. Fare & Payment

• Fare is calculated based on distance, time, demand, and other factors.

• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, peak hours, or special conditions.

• Payments may be made via cash, digital wallets, or in-app payment methods.

• Once a ride is completed, the fare is non-refundable unless an error is proven.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel a ride before a driver is assigned, free of cost.

• Cancellation after driver assignment may result in a cancellation fee.

• RideGoO reserves the right to charge penalties for repetitive cancellations.

8. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Engage in abusive, threatening, or illegal behavior toward drivers

• Damage the vehicle or company property

• Carry illegal or hazardous materials

• Misuse the RideGoO platform in any form

Violation may lead to account suspension or legal action.

9. Driver Conduct

RideGoO expects drivers to:

• Maintain professionalism and safe driving standards

• Keep vehicles clean and roadworthy

• Follow traffic laws and local regulations

RideGoO is not responsible for any driver’s personal actions, negligence, or unlawful activities but will take appropriate action upon verified complaints.

10. Safety Measures

RideGoO strives to ensure safe travel but cannot guarantee absolute safety. Users should:

• Check driver details before boarding

• Wear seat belts

• Report suspicious behavior immediately

RideGoO may use GPS tracking for safety and service improvement.

11. Liability Limitations

RideGoO is not liable for:

• Accidents, injuries, or damages caused by third-party drivers

• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances

• Loss of personal belongings during rides

• Service interruptions caused by technical issues

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideGoO’s liability will always be limited to the amount you paid for the affected ride.
